Michael Jackson’s passing at the age of 50 certainly caught most of us by surprise but what’s more interesting is the heated debate sparked by his early exit.
Should MJ be revered on the level of Elvis or John Lennon.
I Say NO.
By all accounts, the creative set deal with life differently and those of us with less linear thinking are left to struggle with their odd choices. My problem with MJ’s legacy? The children he hurt along the way. Obviously Michael gave more money to charity than anyone on the planet but I believe in my heart, that he also acted inappropriately with children who put their trust in his fame and fortune. It appears that MJ spent his life trying to return to his childhood but under his terms, not the abuse he suffered at the hands of his father Joe.
Elvis was hooked on pain med’s and Lennon smoked pot, BUT (and yes that’s a big but) I think MJ’s pedophile.
